Several factors determine the cost of hosting your group. There is a general flat rental cost of $100 per group, plus $10 per person for the day. If your group is planning on staying overnight there is an additional $10 charge per person staying overnight.

Cancellation policy:
If your group cancels within three weeks of your listed event you will forfeit your $100 deposit. This applies May through October. If we find another group to use the camp during this time you will not be charged this cancellation fee.
Member churches: if you cancel within three weeks of your event a $100 fee will be added to your church’s next quarterly dues. We do not want our camp to sit vacant during high demand months of May-October. Thank you for your understanding.
